TAI CHI

     Tai Chi is a non-strenuous, dynamic exercise discipline and a healing art.

     Instructor Ron San Miguel has been practicing for over 20 years and has taught extensively in Northern California and Mexico.

     The classes include warm-ups, Yang Style long form tai chi, push hands
practice, partner forms and more.

     The classes are on-going and beginner and experienced students are welcome
to join any time.
