Why does everyone
bow?

Bowing is
a way of showing respect to each other. Since our art originated in Japan,
we have chosen to continue to use Japanese expressions of etiquette in
our practice.
Taking a moment to bow to each other reminds us of
how important we are to each other as training partners and friends.
