Absolutely.
It's the way we learn. The only person who expects you to be perfect and
get it right the first time, and every time, is you. No matter how accomplished
the people around you may seem to you right now, you will get to know each
of them and find out that they have made, and continue to make, lots of "mistakes."
Learning from our mistakes is how we become more
proficient. Whether a movement was "right" or "wrong" is not important.
How it feels or how effective it is in accomplishing the desired result
is much more valuable.
We are interested in mastery, not perfection.
