QUESTIONS?

How do I get started?
Getting started in Aikido at East Bay Aikido is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

     (1) Get to the dojo. Use the Location link. Or call the dojo - we'll be happy to give you directions.

     (2) Sign up. Come in about 15 minutes before any regularly scheduled class (See Schedule), fill out the Registration forms, pay a month's dues, the registration fee and the yearly membership fee (usually prorated). (See Fees).

     (3) Begin training. Expect your first day of training to be exhilarating, confusing, exciting, frustrating, magical and a day to always remember.

If you would like to watch a class before you join (or several, if you wish), come in any time there is a class scheduled.  I recommend that you start by observing at least one class (either all or part). This gives you a feel for what the training and class structure are like. It also give you a chance to have any questions you might have answered.

You are welcome to join at any time, but it all starts with showing up. Such is life. . .
